What is Feedback?
A members feedback gives an idea of how their previous transactions went according to other members who dealt with them. When you have either bought or sold an item for $2 or more, and you have actually received the item or money for the item, you are entitled and encouraged to leave feedback against the buyer(s) or seller you dealt with for the transaction. To do this you simply: 1. login and go into ‘My Control Panel’ 2. click on ‘Leave Feedback’ and you will find listed the item that the transaction was for. 3. click on the 'Leave Feedback' link next to the Auction you wish to leave feedback on. 4. You will then be at the ‘Leave Feedback’ screen where you confirm your username and password, then select a feedback rating from 10% to 100% rating points. There are 7 feedback rating levels that can be chosen, have a look at the Feedback Rating Levels table below. 5. You will also need to leave some comments about the transaction in the ‘Comment’ field before clicking 'Submit Query' to make the feedback official. An example of some feedback might be, Excellent 99% “An Excellent Zoner, Quick Payment, Great Communication and Product as described. Highly recommended. A+++++ Zoner.” Remember the more feedback you have the higher your membership level will be as time progresses, thus entitling you to the Final Value Fee discounts discussed in ‘Membership Levels and Benefits’ section. The rating from 10% to 100% is used to rate the member on their side of the sale transaction. The higher the rating, the more appreciated the member has been based on their transactions. Ratings are based on the average rating feedbacks, for example. If you had 3 ratings of 99%,99% and 100% given from other members leaving feedback, your rating would be the average which is 99.33%. When looking at a members user name throughout the site it is worth keeping in mind that a summary of their membership level, total feedbacks and rating level are in the following format for example: mikeyw (3)  99.33% mikeyw - (is the users name) (3) - (total number of feedbacks received) - is an icon representing a members current Membership Level99.33% - (a members average rating out of 100%) Feedback Table Feedback Rating Levels are: Description Rating Image Exceptional 100%  Excellent 99%  Very Good 97%  Fair 94%  Hmmmm 90%  Not Good 60%  Negative 10%  |

What is Auto-feedback?
Never miss out on feedback ever again. If feedback is not left between either Buyer or Seller within 42 days (6 weeks) after an auction has ended, Auto-feedback will be left in a members feedback history. The Auto-feedback icon is  .Auto-feedback will be placed into a members feedback as follows: ‘Automatic Feedback has been left, as Seller has not left feedback within 42 days (6 weeks).’ -or- ‘Automatic Feedback has been left, as Buyer has not left feedback within 42 days (6 weeks).’ Auto-feedback is a good idea as it allows Auction Zoners to receive ALL their feedback thus moving closer to higher level memberships therefore being entitled to higher discounts on FVFs and for Referral Commission opportunity progression. Auto-feedbacks have a rating of 98% which is just below the ‘Excellent’ Rating Level and above 'Very Good'. Viewing a members feedback history and ratings is a sound indication on how they have performed in past transactions, thus giving a level of confidence before dealing with them. The more positive feedback they have received, the more likely they are a pleasure to deal with and the more experience they have using Auction Zone if you have any questions to ask. The higher your membership level, the more respect from other members is usually associated with your membership. |
